Milly Ribbed Cascading Ruffle Skirt

Size P (0-2) - please see size chart picture. Milly black ribbed midi pull on skirt features thick waistband, asymmetrical hem, cascading ruffle on the backside, and is lined. Skirt: 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. Lining: 100% polyester. Minor seam separation where ruffle meets waistband - please see picture. All measurements are approximate.
