Maurices women’s sleeveless formal dress. Size juniors 3/4 - please refer to the measurements provided to compare to modern sizing. Black velvet/velour top with gray metallic skirt. Empire waist, long length. Pull on style; no zip or button closure. There are two small spots on the back of the skirt - see photo. Otherwise this garment is in excellent vintage condition - judging from the tags it is probably from the 80s or 90s.
