Skirt entirety is 100% polyester, except for waist 72% polyester & 28% elastodiene. Mannequin typically wears a 4/6. Skirt fits her well. I would consider it more a general small, rather than a size 2. Only noted flaw, which really isn’t even a flaw, strings showing on elastic waistband. More of a manufacturing issue.
