Mac Duggal Prom Dress

-Gorgeous Max Duggal prom dress with ruffled straps and tulle tiered bottom -Only worn one time, in perfect condition -I had it altered to be shortened 1-2 inches, so almost exactly original length. I am 5’2 and wore 4.5 inch heels with this dress, so it is still very long after alterations. -cutouts are flattering and did not feel like they cut into me at all Please send any offers!!
