My thoughts are that you could remove the fabric buttons on the chest pockets and replace them as a pair and use one of those buttons to replace the missing one. (I don’t see or I would have done it ) Vintage size 10 Chest flat across 17” Waist at elastic 12”-15” Hips approximately 17”-18” flat across Length from waist 31” Length from shoulder 48” Shoulders flat across 17” Dress is full button up with side pockets, removable shoulder pads and epaulets.
