Lulu’s Pretty as a Picture Navy Floral Ruffle Halter Dress - S Such a cutesy little dress from Lulu’s. It’s a halter style with a gorgeous open back. Floral details all over with ruffle accents too. Elastic waist. The halter has double adjustable ties on each side and there is a tie across the back as well. The dress is lined and has a little bit of volume on the skirt. It’s also got a high-low hem line. I need to emphasize that this is a MINI DRESS. She is short! It’s perfect for clubbing and dancing. The dress is in okay condition with imperfections in the form of sparse threads and loose threads. Not super noticeable unless you are up close and personal with the dress but they are still there (see photos).
