Purchased at Dillard’s around 2009 Versatile stretchy mini skirt with thick elastic waist band and front zip. Deep pockets! Your stuff won’t fall out! I am 36/28/42, 5.6 and 155 lbs for reference. Waist fits me nicely, it would easily fit several inches either direction. Plenty of stretch. Can be worn on the hips too for a longer look. Waist band stays flat well and does not roll.
