Made in July of 1998c as noted on the care tag! High waisted. Although NOS, there are some light brown marks on a few inconspicuous places like the top edge of the front waistband and at the hem, unsure of what it could’ve been. Tagged size 34, modeled on size 8. A little big in the waistband for myself. Flat measurements Waist: 16.5” Rise: 12” Hip: 22.75” Inseam: 30”
