It has flattering seems down the center and along the sides for a plumber silhouette, and has a few plates under the waist line. It has belt loops, but no belt is with it. It is navy blue on the top and white on the bottom portion with red and pink flowers with green leaves and stems all around. There are navy blue stripes on the bottom ham as well.
