Le lis Navy Floral Patterned Open Back Bohemian Dress Size Large

I bought this at my local boutique. Worn a handful of times. The dress is lined and the sleeves are sheer. See photos for measurements. It does tie in the back. The measurements were taken with it untied. No holes or rips. I did notice a white stain on the interior lining. Not sure what it’s from. Have not tried to treat it.
