Kate Spade Red V Neck Puff Sleeve Maxi Long Dress 100% Cotton Small Fits Medium

Purchased on here several months ago to wear at Christmas but never got a chance to. Tried on recently and just doesn’t fit me well. Just trying to recoup expenses. Kate Spade 100% cotton V Neck with puff sleeves. Great preloved condition. No major flaws that I could find. Has been in a smoke/pet free home. Size small but fits more like a medium on me. Hits right above ankles (I’m 5’3”).
