KAPPI 80s Vintage Union Label Summer Dress Striped Drop Waist Lightweight Size 4 1980s lightweight striped summer dress with drop waistline, thin non-adjustable spaghetti straps, poofed out skirt, and zip up back. The dress is thin and light. Put a petticoat underneath and it would give Mrs Lovett and Sweeney Todd at the beach vibes. Made in USA with a vintage Union Label tag (1974-1995) No holes, please see photo for small mark on top half just above where skirt meets. There is no fabric tag.
