This stunning and classy Jessica Simpson dress is like new! Size 8 This dress is a a dark blue…more of a navy than some of the pictures show. It has a sheer blue overlay over the dress. Sleeves are sheer with elastic at the wrist. There is also blue lace-like detail going from the neck to the waist. It zips in the back and has a single button at the top to give it a keyhole opening. This dress is like new - no holes or stains and comes from a smoke free home! Armpit to armpit measures approximately 17”, waist approximately 29”
