Perfect light blue almost mint colored House of Harlow dress!! This dress has only been worn once! Very flattering and perfect for so many different occasions. It’s a super high quality dress too!🩵 It does run slightly small but I’d say it would fit anyone from a size 4-8 depending on chest size. I recently decided to wear it for a Semi Formal and loved it!
