Beautiful skirt, in great condition! Haute Monde brand, size small. Stretchy and form fitting, the bottom lacing goes all the way around the skirt. Elastic waist, no zippers or buttons. There is a tiny stain on the top elastic(must look hard to notice it), shown in the pictures. Good condition other than small stain on waist
