This is handmade and Preloved. There is a couple of minor flaws and that is one small spot on the bottom of the skirt and one patchwork area that has loosened. I will show them both in the last two pictures The spot is behind the wrap front of the skirt, so it honestly is not noticeable otherwise Good used condition There is no size tag so use measurements given Flat the waistband is approximately 15 1/2 inches The skirt is measuring approximately 41 inches long Skirt has two back pockets The skirt wraps, and then it buttons around the waistband
