High neck in front, but fun keyhole back detail with a hidden zip, and dress is fully lined. Pictures show that sequins don't always lay flat, and there is slight flaw at bottom of zipper. It actually can be worn as is, or a quick few stitches should fix it so it lays flat. This was gently worn once by me for a few hours, and cleaned according to care tag.
