Full Skirt Red Size 26W

Wavy flowy skirt, 100% cotton, could fit multiple sizes, waist it only held up by a tie string so the waist size can vary im large in the picture but I think it could fit from XXL to M?, the skirt is used but no flaws. Smoke/pet free home
