Leather feet, missing the inside snap pouch. Front exterior has scuff/dirt marks (could possibly be removed with leather lotion? Just been too lazy to try). Bottom has some specs but neither deter from usage of bag. Used this Tote for my work trips. Leather is still in fabulous condition though(not flimsy, structures) Price reflects these flaws.
