This is in perfect condition- no missing or loose sequins. The black cotton tee has cuffed sleeves and dots of fluorescent color thread throughout. It’s my understanding this will glow in a black light. I haven’t tested that so can’t verify for sure. 23 inches from shoulder to hem 17 inches from armpit to armpit. It is generous sizing.
