This is in good preowned condition. Around the bottom of hem it does have small pinhole size type holes. I believe it’s from hem being stitched up but not sure, the last 5 photos shows examples. Approx measurements 19 inches from armpit to armpit 33 3/4 inches from top of shoulder to hem
