Faded Glory Skirt Size 14

This was made from a pair of pants. My sister and a lady in my church made this. This has flowers on the front of skirt Material: 70% Organic Cotton, 28% Other Cotton, 2% Spandex In wonderful condition. This has never been worn This skirt was not finished at the bottom
