Express Black Slinky Surplice Tie Front Tank Top Small NWT Brand new with tags, smoke and pet free home. It does have some deodorant marks on one spot that will for sure come out in the wash, I just didnt want to take the tags off to do it. It will come out for sure though. This top is so cute, it has a surplice style front, it also ties in the front bottom. The straps cross over eachother forming an "X" style back.
