EXPRESS Black and White Stripe Top and Skirt

This is a two piece set from Express. The two items were sold separately, but I am selling them together. The top alone is originally $40. The skirt alone is originally $60. The top and skirt are black and white striped. The top has dressy sleeves with shoulder straps. The skirt is a high low skirt with ruffles. The waist band of the skirt is a stretchy band, meaning this isn’t fitted tight. Both items in excellent condition! Both items are size small.
