I love this vest for its neutral color and it’s somewhat crinkly texture. The texture is similar to plisse fabric but not quite as wrinkly as typical plisse fabric. The great thing about this fabric is that it can be little wrinkly and no one knows! If you’re building a capsule wardrobe this would be a perfect addition!
