This is a gorgeous dress from CHETTA B EVENING - perfect to twirl the night away! The dress has a hidden back zipper closure. Sheer top with stripes of thicker satin type fabric. Top mesh has hook and eye closure. Multiple layers including a layer of tulle for fullness. Fully lined.
