Cherish brand cute winged ruffle on/ off shoulder top! New

This is an adorable little top! Pretty mustard yellow with white and lavender stripes! Has short butterfly sleeves that can be on or off shoulder due to tie straps! Shorter in length but longer than cropped! Approximately 22” from shoulder tie to hem. It has a flat lay across pit to pit of 19” but it’s elastic up top.
