New with tags and excellent quality. I got this in a bundle from an online sale and, sadly, this piece doesn’t fit me. It might be a sample as there are no fabric or care tags in the shirt. It’s very soft and stretchy. I did some online searching and I think it’s 96% viscose, 4% spandex. Vintage Thermal High-Low Top in capri with dropped-shoulder open slit sleeves, cutout at back, and high-low hem. Scoop neck. Oversized/loose fit. Perfect layering piece. Measurements when laying flat Pit to pit 19 1/4” Top hem to bottom (measured from center back neck to bottom) 25 1/2” Back is 2 1/4” longer than the front.
