Aqua and blue patterned off the shoulder chiffon maxi dress This off the shoulder dress is from Charming Charlie. It has adjustable spaghetti straps that goes over the shoulder then sleeves that fall off the shoulder. There is elastic through the waist. There is a navy lining layer that comes down to around knee length. There are two slits on either side that come up to the knee. This dress has only been worn a couple times.
