Caution to the Wind Sleeveless Dress Size Small

. The self is 56% RAyon, 42% Polyester, and 2% Spandex. Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Ribbed. Vneck. Multicolored. The color of the dress is Gray and White. Has ruffle detailing. Vneck. Ties in the back. Has elastic in the back. Soft. Stretchy. Textured. The dress shows signs of wear and has a hole around neckline. The hole may be able to be fixed. Regrettably, I do not know how to sew. Please see pictures for more details. It would be a good DIY project. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 16 inches, the waist is 11 1/2 inches, the hips are 20 1/2 inches, and from back of the neck to bottom of the dress is 34 inches. Preowned but in fair condition.
