Mock neck. Large buttons. There are no others like it out there, with those gorgeous pleated caplet sleeves. The only flaw I located is inside the right pocket (see pics). There’s some loose stitches but no actual hole. It may have been previously repaired. This beauty is wool with a nylon lining. Made in the USA! Please note that vintage clothing tends to run small.
