Vintage skirt. Pleated front. Small belt loops around the entire waist. Front of skirt waist is regular fabric & back of waist is elastic. Skirt has pockets. Tagged as a 14, I feel more comfortable calling this item a medium. Mannequin typically wears a 4/6. This item fits her waist, but has excess room around the sides of her waist. I feel comfortable calling it a medium. With the elastic waist, this item can fit a variety of sizes. Regardless, measurements are: waist laying flat 14.5 inches & total length of the skirt is 29.5 inches. Small flaw on front of skirt. Black dot on the front of skirt. Shown in photos. Composition of 50% rayon & 50% polyester. Made in the USA.
