Boohoo T-shirt Dress

Never used. This is a size 8 so please see photos attached. No rips, tears or stains. Tag still in tact. Dark navy blue with white strips. This is a very short t-shirt dress and would fit a 5”2-5”4 petite woman very well. It’s way too short for me to wear as a dress but with some leggings and some boots it works well in fall and winter. I can also see this being worn over a bikini in summer on the boardwalk. Length is also posted in photos please see!
