FATE. Black Top Ostrich Feather Trim

Such a statement piece!! Black top with ostrich feather style trim. Material looks tweed (don’t know if there is a better term for this) and inside feels silky and soft. This is slightly cropped but the feathers add length. I tried my best to show measurements but feel free to ask additional questions if needed. Comes from a smoke free home.
