Chic Apt. 9 dress with a vibrant blue floral design. This dress features short sleeves, a v-neckline with buttons, and a sinched elastic waist with drawstring to give the perfect hourglass shape. The material is lightweight and flowy with the bottom layer having stretch and the top layer is without stretch. The dress is in NWT condition and originally $50! There is one tiny imperfection as you'll see in the photo. There is a very small black dot that may be ink just below one of the flowers on the front of the dress. It's difficult to notice unless you know its there. It could also come out when washed but I didn't want to remove the tag to treat the small spot. Either way, please note the dot before purchasing. Measurements are in the photos for reference and the dress is in NEW condition otherwise. From a clean, pet free, smoke free home.
