Loft Ann Taylor Polka Dot Velvet Pencil Skirt Black 6

EUC LOFT pencil skirt. Black skirt with black velvet polka dots (polka dots are made of velvet, not the entire skirt). Sits at the waist and made out of a stretchy material, very comfortable! Size 6, laid flat 16” across the waist and 18.5” long. Would be really cute as part of a holiday outfit! I’ve loved wearing it but it’s no longer my size.
