1970s Noel Sophisticates New York watercolor puff sleeve ribbon hem midi dress. She’s fantastic! This lightweight poly dress features a checkered color bust and a dreamy floral bottom. Fully lined on the inside. YKK zip. A thin layer of netting gives shoulders their shape. Wear them up or down! This dress once had a belt, but I bought her without it. The belt loops are still attached. The front on the slip has a very small stain that I have not treated and bought with it already there. Measurement are: 30-31" bust 24-25" waist 50” length
