100% Rayon. I bought it on Amazon. It is double sided and reversible. One side has a gold and black pattern with red and blue accents and the other has a white, gold, and yellow pattern. It is multi-use, so it can be used as a skirt or dress or wrap or cover up or whatever you prefer. Some of the thread might be coming out in places so that might need some sewing, etc. But no major defects. There are also button holes in the waistband that can be used to make it easier to wrap.
