Plaid Adjustable Strap Ruffled Peplum Top Size 2X

This is a grey and white plaid print peplum. No brand tag but single owner comes from my private closet. Only worn a few times. Seems sized for a 2X. Measures in the photos. Modeled on a size 12/14 dress form with a 45" bust for reference.
