Vintage Heart Soul Skirt Embroidered Y2K Size 9 White

Vintage skirt from the 90’s in excellent condition skirt. White Knee length with dome stretch. Blue and green stitching embroidery make up a large hibiscus flower and along the hemline. 97% cotton and 3% spandex. When laying flat approximate measurements are 15.75” across the waist. It is 21.75” in length. Machine wash!
