Vintage 1960s Secretary dress. Smocked chiffon overlay on bodice which has some blousing and two cute bow details. Straight skirt. Back zipper. Underlay on bodice has a couple small holes near the armpit but good condition overall. No tags. Should fit size small. Measured lying flat- 16.5” shoulder to shoulder 18” armpit to armpit 13.5” at waist 19” at hip 6.5” sleeves 39.5” total length
