Eliza J Floral Fit & Flare Dress

New with tags, floral print dress from Eliza J size 12. Back of dress has a faint red smudge at top of zipper and small mark (it’s very small) shown in last photos. The print is a dark navy and white painterly flowers, almost looks black and white in some light. Approximately- 20.5” pit to pit 16.5” waist 44” length
