This lovely vintage ‘90s royal blue blazer features a delicates floral print, mandarin collar, frog button closure, and removable shoulder pads. Measures 23 inches underarm to underarm, 18 1/2 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 24 inches. There are no tags, but it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s XL / XXL. In excellent pre-owned condition.
