Elliatt designer mini cocktail dress

fitted mini dress! tags are still attached, but the straps were a little long so i added a clip in the back to make it smaller, so no cuts or definite changer were made to the dress. love this dress so much and it fitted perfectly, i just didn’t like the cutout. MAKE AN OFFER, price is negotiable.
