Like new Royal blue Skirt

Royal blue color, flattering cross design on the front, size is cut out but it is xsmall-small. GREAT MATERIAL. Spandex like material, very comfortable. I have the skirt above my belly button and still hits me mid thigh. I have a short torso and long legs for reference.
