If it fits you everywhere else but is a little bit tight on the bust you can undo the tucks in the centre and this will give you a whole bust size. 2. If the neck band is too tight or too long you can undo the tacking at the side and move it to a more comfortable length. Approximate flat-lay measurements before stretch (inches): Chest: 14.5” under the armpits Waist: 13.5” across Length: 27” Skirt only Condition: Excellent Condition! No tears, no stains, no pills, no discoloration. The only notable flaw I see is shown in the last image. Not even noticeable unless up close!
