BCX Dainty circle skirt with flowers

Honestly, this is such a cute skirt. Dainty detail in the brown flowers along hem. Super light 100% cotton fabric. Thin slip liner. Hits below knee. Size: 9 (juniors ?). Happy to get measurements if requested. Brand: BCX (probably from Ross) Condition: well loved! Minor flaws. The faux silk tie is a little raveled.
